Chapter Activities and Projects

The La Cuesta Chapter, NSDAR, invites you to attend a chapter social, meeting, event, or activity. The mission of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is to promote HISTORIC PRESERVATION, EDUCATION, and PATRIOTISM. DAR is one of the world's largest and most active service organizations. Most volunteer work for the Daughters of the American Revolution is accomplished through a committee system. Committees not only make our chapter successful, they are truly the best way for Daughters to have an opportunity to get to know the other chapter members, contribute to the DAR and the community.

La Cuesta Chapter, NSDAR, supports many of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution committees, below are a few the Chapter is currently supporting.

Members of La Cuesta Chapter, NSDAR, have been volunteering for an election precinct in San Luis Obispo County. We view this as community service, as well as an opportunity for a Chapter Fundraiser. This is our largest fundraiser, which allows the chapter to sustain the NSDAR mission.
